StoneCloud · Last updated: 8 September 2026

This page explains how to permanently delete your StoneCloud account and the data associated with it. StoneCloud is provided by an individual developer (a sole trader) based in Australia, ABN 70 202 810 083.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

If you still have StoneCloud installed, this is the fastest way and takes effect immediately:

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app installed, or you cannot sign in, send a deletion request to support@stonecloudworks.com with the subject line Account deletion request, and include:

We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying that the request comes from the account owner. We may ask you to confirm the request from the account's own email address before we act on it, so that we do not delete someone else's data. There is no charge for this.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the data we hold for it, including:

Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account or its content once it has been deleted, and this action cannot be undone.

What may be retained, and for how long

Data kept for these reasons is not used to provide the app to you after deletion.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play. Cancel it from Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, otherwise billing continues under your Google account.
